— Commissioning Process —

Please make sure you’ve read and understand all the terms of service below before reaching out and especially before sending any payments! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via email ([email protected]) or any social medias.

After filling out the sign-up form, your name and other commission informations will appear on the tracker. Please keep in mind that only by doing this your commission request can be acknowledged.

I’ll message you within a few days for further discussion if your commission request is accepted. By the time, you can start providing the references for the composition/preferred poses and character infos. Clear and detailed visual references are very much welcome and appreciated!

After the references/character infos are provided, a preliminary quote will be given by me. After which please wait patiently for the notification of the start of your commission. You can check the commission progress anytime via the tracker spreadsheet.

Payments will be charged through PayPal invoices after the notification of the start of your commission arrives. For small-scale works (under $150), payments should be paid in full upfront before the start of the commission. For greater-scale works, 50% of the full amount should be paid upfront and the rest (50%) will be charged after the sketches are approved.

Two WIP sketches will be sent to you during the process, one in black and white and the other in full colour. (For B&W Duo Sketches, only one) Remember, any major revisions should be done in the black-and-white stage, while colour corrections can be made in the full-colour stage. After both sketches are approved, the final payment (for commissions above $150) will be charged and the piece will enter the finalization stage, after which only minor adjustments can be made.

Once the finished piece (which will be a PNG file) is sent to the client through a Google Drive link or email, the commission is considered completed and no more modifications will be accepted.
